Ordering and Discount Information

General Information

  1.   Prices and discounts are subject to change without notice. We have made extra special efforts to maintain the detailed faces for our doll molds. This occasionally entails extra work in the pouring and handling instructions that will be included with your mold.  If you are unsure of your ability to pour small molds, please contact us before  ordering.                                           
  2.  Authorized refunds or exchanges will be given on unused merchandise, (minus shipping  costs both ways); only if contacted within 15 days of the invoice date.
  3.  Doreen Sinnett Doll molds and patterns, etc, are copyrighted, and are not to be  reproduced without written permission.

Online Orders

  1. Please use our shopping cart system. It is encrypted and a very safe way to order.
  2. If you are ordering directly from our printed catalog, you can still order online by filling  out our online, secure, order form.
  3. Please answer all questions and complete all fields when checking out.
  4. Our online ordering system is safe and secure. All information is processed on a secure server and encrypted.

Telephone Orders

  1. Our Order Desk is open 7 days a week, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Pacific Time.
  2. Your choice of ordering by Credit Card, Telephone, Mail or Fax can be selected when you check out. Your Order Form will list all of the items you chose with all costs totaled, ready for you to print out and Mail in.
  3. For ordering, questions or additional information, call 1-541-846-9576.
  4. Have all information, questions and credit card number ready when you place your order.
  5. Retain a copy of your order for your records.

Shipping & Handling

  1. General Merchandise - shipped via Priority Mail, Insured (in continental U.S.) Each "Mold weight charge" is automatically added to each mold when ordered on website. ("Mold weight charge" amounts are listed after each mold).
  2. There will be a $7.95 minimum packaging & handling fee added to most orders.
  3. The Shopping Cart System will calculate the total shipping for all continental U.S. orders.
  4. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks delivery time if paid by check and 3 to 4 days delivery time if paid by credit card.

  5. Foreign Orders
The website is designed to calculate S&H for the continental U.S. only. Foreign orders are welcome to shop online. Foreign shipping costs will be calculated and the customer notified and they will be charged  to your credit card by us before shipping. All foreign orders are shipped Express Airmail and if they become lost, broken or pilfered in transit, they will not be replaced, or a refund issued, until we receive ALL correspondence from the postal service and customer, and the insurance payment has been issued. (This is due to problems that may arise, as it takes both parties to fill out the claim form and to follow up on all the details)

Return Policy

  1. Contact Doreen Sinnett Tiny Dolls before making any returns.
  2. All returns must be made within 15 days of the invoice date. (Continental US customers)
  3. Returned merchandise must be in its original, unused, condition and in the original   packaging.
  4. A copy of the invoice must accompany the merchandise. Please indicate if you want a refund or exchange.                                                                                                                     
  5. There will be a 5% restocking fee for all orders returned.

Discounts

  1. A $20% discount is given on orders of molds totaling $300.00 or more.
  2. Indicate your discount in the "Special Instructions" box on the "Order Form".
  3. Doreen Sinnett Tiny Dolls will apply the discount.
  2. "WEB SPECIALS" can be found throughout the website. These are mold specials that have already been discounted, (when complete sets are ordered at one time) and can not be included in the 20% discount above.

Methods of Payment

  1. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Remember to include the entire number and expiration date when placing your order. Credit Card orders are shipped immediately.
  2. We accept checks or money orders, US currency, payable to "Doreen Sinnett Tiny Dolls". Allow 10 to 15 days for personal checks to clear, before orders are shipped. Money orders are shipped immediately.
